Detailed description of the project

Currently, the food industry lacks a comprehensive AI- and Big Data-based software platform that can uniformly handle real-time data processing, predictive analytics, and advanced process modeling. The goal of EN-CO Software is to develop a revolutionary cognitive digital twin framework that integrates a wide range of production data, automates data processing, and provides an accurate representation of real production processes using GPT-based modeling. The system proactively identifies quality, productivity, and operational risks, supports HACCP compliance, and enables significant cost and downtime reductions through predictive maintenance and simulations. The platform primarily supports the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry, but it is also widely applicable in other industries, contributing to more efficient, flexible, and competitive production.

The project is implemented with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the Hungarian State.
