The objective of our development project was to provide a comprehensive member registry application for the Honved SE of Budapest, all within a single system.
Our application is not only capable to provide a register the data of all personnel arriving to the Client’s premises, along with the information as to what purposes they have procured services from Honvéd SE, but also offers a streamlined manner to handle the acceptance and enforcements of various internal rules and codes of conducts (GDPR and other documents). The systems also assists users in facilitating and registering membership fee payments, in full statutory compliance (including invoicing and accounting rules). Our application supports all administrative tasks and requirements to the sport management (coaches’ tasks, individual departments’ responsibilities) and addresses all operations-related statistical and other information needs.
